Summit Greasecycling collects used cooking oil (UCO) from hundreds of Colorado kitchens. Working exclusively in local sustainable partnerships, refined UCO goes on to become ClearEcos Biodiesel and other local products. The GreaseCycle is an innovative system in which every drop of UCO is upcycled into locally beneficial products made available to the same UCO producing community.
